Norovirus or the winter vomiting bug as it is also know is a problem throughout many of our hospitals in the UK. We at AM Medical Supplies would like our customers to help their local hospital by making sure we are doing our bit. Its easy, all anybody has to do when visiting ward areas is to wash hands frequently and use the alcohol hand rub before and after seeing the patient it is that simple. Also remember that you can also carry the bug out as well as in so if you follow the simple rules that hospitals are doing when you are at home, then you can feel good about doing your bit to help prevent the bug from spreading. The NHS is trying very hard to reduce the risks of any hospital acquired infections and we can help by just making sure it is not us that took that bug or infection in to our hospital. Lets all help to keep our Hospitals, Doctors surgeries, Care Homes or Residential Homes as virus and infection free as we can.
